Jammu & Kashmir Police has officially approached INTERPOL for issuing a Red Corner Notice against Dr. Muzaffar Rather, a key terror accused and brother of Dr. Adil Ahmad Rather, who is part of the Delhi terror module currently under investigation.
According to officials, Muzaffar Rather escaped to Afghanistan via Dubai, evading Indian authorities as the probe into the wider terror network intensifies.
With the RCN request, the case now enters the international policing domain, marking a major step in the crackdown on the module’s overseas connections.
