Patiala House Court has remanded Manoj Gaur, former CMD of Jaypee Infratech, to 14 days’ judicial custody in the alleged money laundering case.
He was produced before the court after completing 5 days of ED custody, where investigators questioned him over suspected financial irregularities linked to the company’s operations and diverted funds.
ED is expected to file further details in the coming hearings as the probe widens into the financial trail.
