Counter-Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) teams of JKP have detained Dr Priyanka Sharma, a doctor from Haryana posted at GMC Anantnag, in connection with the Red Fort blast probe.
Her name surfaced during interrogation of Adeel Ahmad Rather, a former GMC staffer linked to a suspected “white-collar” terror module accused of aiding the Jaish-e-Mohammed network behind the Delhi explosion.
Call detail records flagged suspicious communication linked to her residence at Khalid Aziz Tak’s house in Anantnag, triggering coordinated raids across J&K and Haryana.
Investigations are ongoing as agencies dig deeper into the module’s financial, logistical and transnational routes.
